Have a seat

After the road trip to Santa Cruz and Liberia to pick up Julie at the airport, let's relax and go back to the beach in the Playa Langosta area of Tamarindo.

Langosta is a residential area. Along the beach front there are some large houses, a few condos, such as ours, and a couple of bed & breakfast establishments. There are some trees along the beach that provide shady places to relax, such as this pleasant spot.

This week on our Viva la Voyage travel photo site we are showing photos of the Atacama Desert in Northern Chile. It is a unique place, colorful, desolate, yet with pockets of plant and animal life.

I could sit here all day--a loaf of bread, a jug of wine...

This is my kind of place, Dave. Comfy Adirondack chairs, a good book, some binoculars, my camera and a cup of coffee. Ready for anything.

Looking out the window here in Perth with the rain bucketing down, I can only dream of sitting dreaming in a chair with that view and a warm breeze!! Still it'll come along soon enough!!
